Service Agreement:

  • The agreement between Look4clean and the client shall commence upon the client's acceptance of the provided quote or service agreement.

  • The client agrees to abide by the terms outlined herein for the duration of the service engagement.

  1. Scope of Services:

    • Look4clean will provide cleaning, furniture assembly, and gardening services as outlined in the agreed-upon personalised quote or service agreement.

  2. Health and Safety:

    • Look4clean staff have been thoroughly trained in the use of all equipment and chemicals required for their duties, complying with current COSHH regulations and Health and Safety guidelines.

  3. Access to Property:

    • The client must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

    • If, on arriving for the agreed cleaning appointment, the staff are unable to gain access through no fault of their own, the client will be charged 50% of the cost of the cleaning.

  4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

    • Look4clean requires a minimum of 2 days notice in the event of a client cancelling, changing, or postponing an appointment.

    • Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the cleaning price.

  5. Accounts:

    • Look4clean will provide an invoice upon completion of the work carried out. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed with Look4clean.

    • Payment must be arranged prior with one of the representatives in Look4clean.

    • The preferred method of payment will be discussed with every client.

  6. Termination of Agreement:

    • In the event of a client wishing to cancel their cleaning service, Look4clean requires 1 weeks’ notice and a minimum of 2 days in writing.

    • In the event of Look4clean terminating a client’s agreement, one week’s notice will be given in writing and the reason explained.

  7. General:

    • Look4clean staff will be respectful and polite in all dealings with clients.

    • Look4clean reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

    • Any complaints should be made to Look4clean within 48 hours of an incident occurring.
